The foundation of the Rural Debate Initiative is mutually beneficial relationships. We want volunteers to have a fulfilling experience while at the same time conduct meaningful and impactful work. As such, we have developed mature volunteer roles to make sure both those at the giving end and those at the receiving end have the best experience.
